Warley House accommodates up to 39 older people, including those living with dementia, in a single adapted property. The home offers communal spaces including lounge and dining areas, with bedroom accommodation in single rooms, some with en-suite facilities. It is situated in a residential area close to local amenities and bus routes into Scunthorpe town centre. At the time of inspection, the service was providing care to twelve people.
