Richden Park Care Home

Richden Park provides personal care to 34 people aged 65 and over, with capacity for up to 52 residents, including those living with dementia. People felt safe and well cared for, with staff supporting residents to maintain their independence. Staff were recruited safely and received induction training before providing care. Medicines were managed safely, though minor improvements were needed with 'as and when required' medicines protocols, which the provider addressed immediately. The provider maintained oversight of quality and safety through audits and feedback from staff and stakeholders. At the time of inspection, a registered manager was not in post, though the service was supported by a business development manager, care and support coordinator, and regional manager.
