Gresham Lodge Care Home

Gresham Lodge provides personal care for up to 21 people, including some living with dementia. Residents were happy and felt well supported by staff who were kind, caring, and had developed positive relationships with them. Staff treated people with respect, maintained their privacy and dignity, and supported them in a person-centred manner, considering their values, views and beliefs. The service held social events for residents and their relatives, though staff did not always have time to support people with social activities daily. The registered manager committed to addressing this to ensure residents did not become bored. Quality assurance systems were in place to monitor safety and quality, though some areas required further development. The management team continually sought ways to improve the service and gathered feedback from residents and staff.
