Balmoral House is a purpose-built residential care home accommodating up to 60 people across two floors. At the time of inspection, it was providing personal care to 46 older people and those living with dementia. The home was clean and tidy, with additional cleaning measures in place to protect residents from infection risks.

People were happy with the care they received and felt safe and well looked after. Staff had been recruited safely and there were sufficient staff on duty with appropriate training to carry out their roles effectively.
