Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's needs, and medicines were handled safely. The home was clean and fresh-smelling. Residents and relatives spoke positively about staff skills and experience, and felt genuinely involved in care planning decisions.

One relative commented, "We have been involved in care planning. A new format was put in place and this was explained to us.
