Victoria Royal Beach provides personal care for up to 20 residents with varying needs, including those with frailty and dementia. At inspection, 15 people were living at the home. Residents and relatives described the environment as safe, with staff identifying and managing risks effectively. Staffing levels were adequate to meet people's needs, and medicines were handled safely. The home was clean and fresh-smelling. Residents and relatives spoke positively about staff skills and experience, and felt genuinely involved in care planning decisions. One relative commented, "We have been involved in care planning. A new format was put in place and this was explained to us."
