About Victoria House

Victoria House provides accommodation and support for six people with learning difficulties. Staff understood their responsibilities to keep people safe and protected them effectively. People had a good understanding of their own safety and were supported to manage risks appropriately. The home maintained clear safeguarding procedures and staff demonstrated knowledge of how to respond to concerns, ensuring residents received consistent protection and care tailored to their individual needs.
