Verwood House Care Home

Verwood House is a purpose-built nursing home with four separate living units, registered to provide care for up to 42 people. At inspection, 13 residents were living there due to ongoing refurbishment. The home cares for people with complex dementia-related needs. Care is personalised and meets individual requirements, with staff demonstrating strong knowledge of residents and their support needs. People's needs are regularly assessed and reviewed, with responsive action taken when circumstances change. Residents receive medicines appropriately and in ways that suit their preferences.
