Valley Road

Valley Road provides short respite accommodation for people with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The ground floor facility is registered for up to four people, though currently accommodates a maximum of three due to maintenance work. The home serves fifteen people overall, though nobody resides permanently. At inspection, two people were staying at the service.

Quality and safety improvements have been made since the previous inspection. The service focuses on ensuring people receive appropriate support tailored to their individual needs and health requirements.
