Fourways provides accommodation and personal care for 40 older people, some living with dementia or cognitive impairment, with capacity for up to 47 residents. Inspectors found significant improvements since the previous visit, particularly in environmental risk management and medicines handling. Fire safety checks had been completed, though some outstanding actions remained to be finished by June 2021. Medicines are now managed safely by trained and competent staff, and individual care plans are in place to address identified health and wellbeing risks for each resident.
