The home provides personal care to up to 50 older people, with 32 residents living there at the time of inspection across two occupied floors. Staff were well-trained in safeguarding procedures and understood their responsibilities to identify and report abuse concerns. Each person spoken with felt protected from risk. The home had enough suitably skilled staff available to provide safe and effective care, with staff responding promptly to residents' needs. Safeguarding concerns raised prior to inspection were not substantiated during the visit.
