Valentine House accommodates 46 people and provides personal care support. Staff deliver kind, caring and compassionate support with care plans that are person-centred and regularly reviewed to reflect changing needs. People receive exceptional, individualised care that is responsive to their needs. Relatives and healthcare professionals gave extremely positive feedback about the standard of care provided at the service.
