Imola

Imola is a specialist care home supporting autistic people and people with a learning disability, at the time providing care for seven people. Following an assessment, the CQC found the service had made significant improvements and was no longer in breach of regulations, rating it overall as Good.

Inspectors found staff provided kind, person-centred care that respected people's dignity, choices and communication needs, with support to access education, leisure and community life. Relatives said there were enough staff to keep people safe, and the atmosphere was calm, with a positive, open culture focused on continuous improvement.
