Imola

Imola provides care and support for up to eight people with learning disabilities or autism who have complex support needs. At the time of inspection, the home was at full capacity with eight residents.

Staff demonstrate commitment to promoting residents' wellbeing, and inspectors observed positive engagement between people and their carers. Relatives provided largely positive feedback about the support their family members receive, particularly praising established staff members who have developed strong relationships with residents and understand their individual needs well.

The home has recently undergone staffing changes, including a new registered manager, deputy manager, and additional care staff. The provider has systems in place to monitor and check the quality of care being delivered.
