Mirabeau is a residential care home supporting people with a learning disability and autistic people, with accommodation in a main building and an adjoining annexe for a small number of residents. The CQC found the service was performing well, providing person-centred care that promoted choice, independence and access to meaningful activities, education and community life.
Inspectors found staff were warm, skilled and knew people well, with enough staff in place to keep people safe. Leadership was open and approachable, with a registered manager meeting legal requirements. Relatives spoke highly of the care, expressing confidence and satisfaction with the support provided.
