About Urmston Manor
Urmston Manor provides accommodation and personal care to up to 24 older adults, some living with dementia. At inspection, 22 people were resident at the home.
Staff and visitors had their temperatures checked and completed questionnaires on entry, with hand washing observed. This helped reduce coronavirus transmission risk. The service used technology to encourage hand hygiene and enable residents to maintain contact with relatives.
