Meade Close

Meade Close provides personal care to nine people with physical and sensory impairments, communication difficulties, moderate to severe learning impairments, complex physical and mental health needs, and autism. The service supports residents in developing independence and ensuring they have good access to their local communities. Staff focus on respecting residents' dignity, choices, and equality in their daily care and support.
