Tushmore Lane provides residential care and support for people living with learning disabilities in Crawley. The CQC found the service was performing well and meeting expectations, rating it Good overall.

Inspectors found staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities and managed risks to people's health and daily activities effectively. People were supported by kind, caring staff in sufficient numbers, and were involved in planning their own care. Those lacking mental capacity were supported in their best interests, and people were encouraged to pursue personal interests and retain independence and choice.
