The Oaks

The Oaks is a residential care home for five people living with learning disabilities and/or autism who have complex needs including sensory impairment and limited verbal communication. The home is registered to provide personal care for up to six residents.

Staff support people to maintain regular contact with family and friends through telephone and video calls. The registered manager facilitates in-person visits in a way that minimises infection risk, including arranging visits in the gardens when appropriate.
