Park Lodge Care Solutions

Park Lodge Care Solutions provides residential care and personal care for people with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and associated health needs. The service currently supports nine people out of its ten-person capacity.

Staff know residents well and deliver person-centred support that promotes independence. Residents actively participate in daily activities, helping with household tasks like cleaning and cooking. One resident shared, "They help me keep my room tidy" and "I cook, I am good at it, I like to cook Chinese food." Staff are committed to their roles, with one team member expressing, "I love helping people."
