About The Paddocks
The Paddocks provides personal care to five people with a learning disability. Staff prioritise residents' well-being and provide warm, caring support tailored to each person's needs. Interactions between staff and residents are friendly and positive. Staff members feel well-supported by the service and have access to the training needed to deliver effective care, which they appreciate.
