Queen's Lodge is a respite and residential service supporting up to 22 people with autism, mental health issues and learning disabilities. The service comprises two homes sharing a garden: Queens Lodge provides respite care for 12 people, while Southview accommodates ten people in longer-term placements. Residents have their own rooms and share communal spaces including kitchens, bathrooms and lounges.

Staff provide person-centred support that prioritises choice, control and independence for residents. People are kept safe through trained staff who conduct ongoing risk assessments and update support plans regularly. The service operates in line with best practice guidance, enabling people to live meaningful lives and achieve the best possible outcomes.
