Tudor Lodge

Tudor Lodge provides accommodation and care for up to 44 older people living with dementia in one adapted building. At inspection, 40 people were using the service.

People appeared happy and relaxed in the company of staff and told inspectors they felt safe. Relatives confirmed they thought their loved ones were safe and well looked after. However, potential risks to people's health and welfare had not been consistently assessed, and staff did not always have detailed guidance to mitigate these risks. While accidents and incidents were recorded and analysed, there were inconsistent records of the action taken to prevent them happening again.
