St Heliers Care Home

St Heliers Hotel provides personal care to up to 30 older people, most of whom are living with dementia. At inspection, 23 people were living at the service. The quality of care has improved since the last inspection, with people reporting that they felt safe and received the support they needed. A new manager has been appointed and is in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission. The manager has established a clear vision for the service's development and is working to create an open and transparent culture, supported by a governance framework covering all aspects of the home.
