Tristford

Tristford accommodates up to 12 adults with learning and/or physical disabilities in a large converted property spread across two floors, with a lift providing access to the upper level. At the time of inspection, 11 residents with physical disabilities were living at the service. The home supports people with a range of care needs, focusing on enabling them to maintain choices, dignity and independence while accessing their local communities.
