Hatfield Lodge

Hatfield Lodge is a large detached house in a quiet residential area providing care and support for up to 34 older people, some living with dementia. At the time of inspection, 29 people were residing at the service, which had a registered manager in post. People and their relatives felt safe at the service. Staff had received training about protecting people from abuse and understood their responsibilities in reporting concerns, with confidence that the registered manager would address any issues reported to them.
