Trinity Fold provides personal care for up to 50 older people, some living with dementia. At inspection, 46 people were using the service. The home was accessing the government testing scheme and working closely with the local authority infection control team and other health professionals to meet people's needs.

The registered manager proactively shared information with friends and family about visiting decisions and restrictions. Staff provided pictorial guides to help residents understand the restrictions in place and supported people to maintain contact with relatives and friends through phone and video calling.
