Heatherstones Court

Heatherstones Court, in Calderdale, provides short term residential care and support for up to 15 adults across 12 apartments, helping people regain independence and skills after illness or injury. The CQC rated the service Outstanding overall, reflecting exceptional, person-centred care, strong leadership and effective partnership working with health and social care professionals.

Inspectors found an exceptional culture of kindness and respect, with staff going above and beyond to support people's practical and emotional needs. Feedback from people who had used the service was overwhelmingly positive, describing staff as compassionate and highly skilled at building confidence and independence, and leadership as inclusive, visible and committed to continuous improvement.
