The home demonstrated effective infection control measures, with all visitors screened for symptoms on arrival and clear signage throughout the building explaining safety protocols. Hand sanitisers and personal protective equipment were readily available in multiple locations. The home facilitated alternative ways for residents to maintain contact with friends and relatives during restrictions, including video calls to support their wellbeing and social connections.
