Inspectors found a person-centred culture where people had choice and control, and risks to health and safety were well managed. The home was described as homely, clean and well maintained, with strong links to health professionals. People and relatives said they felt safe, staff were caring and unhurried, and the registered manager was approachable if concerns arose.
