Holly Bank Care Home

Holly Bank Care Home accommodates up to 25 people requiring support with personal care, including those living with dementia. The home operates across four floors with bedrooms and communal spaces including three lounges and a dining room on the ground floor. At the time of inspection, 24 people were living there.

The home maintains safe recruitment systems and has increased staffing levels to ensure people's needs are met safely. Medicines are managed safely and staff have received safeguarding training, understanding how to respond if someone is at risk. Risks to people and the environment are identified and managed well, with clear assessments and risk management plans in place to guide staff in providing appropriate support.
