Tree Tops Residential Home

This residential home provides care for up to 41 people, with 34 residents at the time of inspection. Two units operate on site: Tree Tops accommodating 28 people, and Delph accommodating 13 people living with dementia. During the pandemic, staff maintained residents' connections with family and friends through emails, telephone calls, and planned technology use including a new iPad. Relatives praised the caring nature of staff and regular communication updates. Visits were carefully managed with essential visitors only, conducted safely with appropriate PPE protocols in place. Staff received in-house training and regular competency checks on safe PPE use, with adequate supplies and designated stations throughout the service. Safe admission procedures were established to protect residents during COVID-19 outbreaks.
