St Helens Hall and Lodge

This residential care home provides personal care to 74 people aged 65 and over across two units: The Lodge, which accommodates 56 people on two floors, and The Hall, which accommodates 38 people on two floors.

Medicines were managed safely overall, though inspectors recommended improvements to the management of 'as and when' medicines. Staff recruitment followed safe procedures, and sufficient staff were present during the inspection to meet people's needs. Risks to people's health and safety had been assessed and appropriate measures put in place to mitigate them.

Health and social care professionals, residents, and relatives provided positive feedback about the service.
