Safeguarding was a clear priority, with good oversight of accidents, incidents and risks, though some medication issues were identified and swiftly corrected by the manager.

Inspectors found staff to be kind, caring and compassionate, treating people with dignity and responding promptly to their needs. Governance and auditing systems were robust, and people and families felt safe, listened to and involved in shaping the service, despite some concerns about staffing levels.
