Tramways

Tramways provides personal and nursing care to up to 14 people with long-term mental health needs. At the time of inspection, 12 people were living at the home.

People received safe support with their medicines, which were stored securely with regular stock level checks in place. Staff numbers were adequate to meet people's needs, allowing time for one-to-one support. Staff reported that staffing levels worked well at the home.

People were supported effectively with their healthcare needs through ongoing liaison between staff and healthcare services.
