This care home accommodates up to 54 people requiring personal and nursing care, with a focus on supporting those with mental health needs. At inspection, 52 residents were living there. The service is organized into different units, including a dedicated female-only area, alongside shared communal spaces and a newly developed garden courtyard accessible to all residents.

Staff kept people safe from harm through their strong knowledge of individual residents and understanding of safeguarding procedures. All staff had received training in protecting people from abuse and could apply this knowledge effectively. The team worked collaboratively with other professionals to ensure residents remained safeguarded.
