Tralee Rest Home in Whitstable provides care for up to 36 older people, including those living with dementia, across two floors with lift access. The CQC found the home was performing well, having resolved previous breaches around risk management, staff training, medicines and governance. Fire safety, record-keeping and environmental management had all improved, and inspectors were satisfied risks were now being managed safely.

Staff were described as kind, attentive and well supported, with safe recruitment and enough staff on duty. People and relatives gave consistently positive feedback, describing a family atmosphere and good engagement between staff and residents. The service was rated Good overall.
