Lyndhurst Rest Home

Lyndhurst Rest Home provides personal care to 34 older people, including those living with dementia, in a large extended detached building with capacity for up to 44 residents. People appeared happy and safe, with potential health and safety risks properly assessed and guidance in place to mitigate them. Accidents and incidents were recorded and analysed for patterns, with effective action taken to prevent recurrence. The service maintained safe recruitment practices and sufficient staffing levels to meet residents' needs.
