Bradbury Grange

Bradbury Grange provides personal care to older people and those living with dementia across two floors of a large detached property. The service accommodates up to 50 people, with communal lounges and dining rooms on each floor where residents can spend their time. At the time of inspection, 47 people were living there.

People, staff and relatives reported serious staffing concerns, describing days when there were insufficient staff to meet residents' needs. Agency staff were used to cover shortfalls, but residents said these temporary staff did not know them or understand their care preferences. Staff felt demoralised, unsupported and unheard by management. The service had no registered manager in post at the time of inspection, as the previous manager had recently left. The provider was actively recruiting a replacement.
