Bluebells Care Home

Bluebells Care Home provides accommodation and personal care for people with a range of needs. Following recent assessments, the CQC rated the service Good overall, noting significant improvement under a new management team since concerns had previously gone unaddressed.

Inspectors found people felt safe, well cared for and more able to make choices about their daily lives, including going out when they wished. The home was clean, well maintained and staff worked closely with other professionals to respond to changing needs. Residents and relatives said they now had confidence to raise concerns and trusted staff to act on them.
