Inspectors found that while some improvements had been made to the quality assurance system since the last visit, further work was needed to ensure consistent practice across all areas and embed changes into daily operations. The manager and provider acknowledged that people's care plans and records required enhancement.

Inspectors identified that people had limited daily activities and engagement. The provider recognised this concern and had begun making changes, including arranging visits from external entertainers. Feedback from relatives about their involvement in the service was mixed, with some expressing concerns about the level of engagement with families.
