Tower House Residential Home

Tower House Residential Home provides care for older people, including those with mental health needs and dementia. At the time of inspection, 21 people were living in the home. The provider had adapted its external conservatory to serve as a visitors' area for donning and removing personal protective equipment, ensuring safety protocols were in place. PPE stations were positioned throughout the premises so staff could access protective equipment without walking long distances when caring for people in their rooms, demonstrating thoughtful organization of infection control measures.
