Woodstock House provides accommodation and support for people with mental health needs, including autistic people and those with learning disabilities. The home occupies an adapted building in central Salisbury with communal living and dining areas, a conservatory, and garden access. The service supports people to develop independent living skills with the goal of enabling them to move to more independent living arrangements.

People told inspectors they felt safe. Staff encouraged residents to be as independent as possible and spoke proudly of their achievements. The home had adequate staffing levels to meet people's needs, and staff had received safeguarding training and understood how to respond to concerns to protect people from abuse.

Infection prevention and control measures were in place.
