Inwood House accommodates up to 20 people in a three-storey adapted building with en-suite rooms and communal spaces including dining areas, lounges and a conservatory. An enclosed garden provides outdoor access from the ground floor. At inspection, 19 residents were living at the home.

Medicines are managed safely with regular reviews by healthcare professionals, and staff receive training and competency checks in administration. Staffing levels are sufficient to provide timely care and support, with safe recruitment procedures in place. The home has assessed risks to people's safety and implements measures to mitigate these, with regular reviews.

Staff support residents to make choices and maintain control over their lives in the least restrictive way possible, in line with service policies. The home maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
