Dunraven House and Lodge

Dunraven House and Lodge accommodates up to 43 people requiring residential care and personal care, with a particular focus on supporting those with mental health needs. At inspection, 39 people were using the service across two adapted buildings on the same site. Residents reported feeling safe in their accommodation.

The home had identified people at risk of choking and implemented clear management plans developed with input from speech and language therapists where appropriate. Staff demonstrated good understanding of residents' eating needs and choking risks, with appropriate safeguards in place to support vulnerable individuals.
