Tottle Brook House

Inspectors found people received exceptionally person-centred care from a skilled, compassionate staff team who knew them well and supported their independence, choices and goals. People were protected from abuse, risks were managed safely, and staff worked closely with families and external professionals. Leadership and governance were found to be strong, ensuring people's rights, dignity and quality of life were fully respected.
