Connect House

Connect House is a care home providing personal care and support to older people and people living with dementia, supporting 69 people at the time of assessment. It is rated Requires Improvement overall by the CQC.

Inspectors found people felt safe, staff understood their needs, and the home was clean, with medicines managed safely. However, people were not always involved in decisions about their care, care plans or assessments, and some had limited choice over daily routines such as bedtimes, meaning social needs were not always fully met.
