About Connect House
Connect House accommodates up to 74 people across two units called Heritage and Garden, providing nursing care for long-term residents and those recently discharged from hospital who require ongoing medical support. The service also supports people living with dementia. At inspection, 60 people were using the service.
The provider had implemented infection prevention measures including hand washing facilities, personal protective equipment, and hand sanitiser to protect residents from visitors and healthcare professionals spreading infection.
