Tiverton Drive

Tiverton Drive provides accommodation and personal care for up to four people with mental health and learning difficulties, specialising in aftercare services for those discharged from Mental Health Act sections. Four people lived at the home during inspection, with two receiving personal care. Each resident has their own bedroom, with shared communal spaces including a lounge, bathroom and dining area. The well-established staff team demonstrated strong safeguarding knowledge and could recognise signs of abuse, with clear reporting procedures in place. Staff knew residents well and understood how to keep them safe. The service works closely with other professional organisations to provide coordinated care and support tailored to each person's needs.
