About Beaman House

Beaman House is a residential care home in Warwickshire, providing personal care and accommodation for people with learning disabilities and autistic people. Details of the CQC's most recent findings are set out below.

Beaman House provides personal care and accommodation for a small number of people with learning disabilities and autistic people. At the time of assessment, three people lived at the home, supported by staff who knew them well and tailored care to their individual interests and needs.

The CQC found staff were safely recruited, well supported, and confident that concerns would be acted on. Risks were managed appropriately and care was person centred, with people encouraged to build independence. Some governance systems needed further development, and plans for end of life care were still to be explored, but relatives described a good quality of life and reliable access to health professionals.
