Glebe Road provides accommodation for up to 6 younger adults with mental health needs, each with their own flat and access to communal areas for socialising. At inspection, 4 people lived at the home with 2 on planned leave. Staff supported people in the least restrictive way possible while acting in their best interests, with safe recruitment practices in place. People received personalised care from staff who knew them well, with their rights and dignity promoted and protected. Staff understood their safeguarding responsibilities and risks associated with care were well managed. The registered manager fostered a positive culture where the support and care of people was the highest priority.
