Tithe Farm Nursing Home

The service is located on spacious grounds in the Stoke Poges area, providing a rural setting with extensive outdoor space. It offers accommodation alongside personal and nursing care for older adults with dementia. Residents have their own bedrooms, with some featuring ensuite facilities, and the home includes communal bathroom facilities, lounges and a dining room. At the time of inspection, 24 people were using the service with 40 staff members supporting them.

The service had made improvements to the safety of people's care.
