Titchfield Lodge

Titchfield Lodge provides care for people with learning disabilities and autistic spectrum conditions. At inspection, four people were using the service. Staff design care to meet individual needs and support residents to develop independence. The home provides positive behavioural support, using de-escalation techniques and maintaining important routines to reduce risks from challenging behaviour. Residents receive support to improve their health and community involvement, with staff helping them develop greater independence.
