Avon Park Residential Home

Avon Park Residential Home accommodates up to 28 people, including older adults and younger people in the early stages of dementia. The two-storey purpose-built home features communal areas and an accessible garden, with stairs and a stair lift connecting the upper floor. At the time of inspection, 24 people were using the service.

Staff received training in safeguarding and all aspects of their caring role. The home maintained a comprehensive approach to safety through regular risk assessments and minimisation strategies. Equipment and systems underwent regular checks and servicing to ensure the premises remained safe. Medicines were safely managed by trained staff, and the service maintained standards across all areas of care delivery.
