Newcroft

Newcroft is a short break service supporting approximately 70 adults annually who have learning disabilities, autistic spectrum disorders, physical disabilities, and complex needs. The service is registered to provide care for up to eight people at a time, though it had three people using it during inspection.

Staff demonstrated appropriate safeguarding practices, with the provider informing relevant authorities when concerns arose. The service maintains good standards of care and support for its users, ensuring vulnerable adults receive suitable accommodation and assistance tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.
